Have a day or 2 in the week were you do not drink any alcoholic beverages, and then the next week add another day, and then another for the next week , until you can go through 7 days without drinking.
Learning to say NO to people who give you alcoholic beverages will help you a lot, and if it is too difficult to say no then you can just get away from there.
